Create A Pool Ball In Fireworks

This tutorial makes extensive use of the skew tools to manipulate objects.
First, create a new Fireworks document that is 200px wide and 200 px high. Leave the resolution at the default value. If you set the background colour to be #00592D, it will give the appearance that the pool ball is on the green felt of the table. Sneaky.
Drag out an ellipse and amend its width and height to both be 114px, so that it's a circle. These are just values I chose, but you can use your own judgement. Holding the shift key while you drag will constrain the ellipse to a perfect circle.
Give the ball a radial fill and use the following colours as shown:
We are going to adjust the gradient to move its 'hotspot', like so:
